BlackChopin, 2 years ago | FlagOk I really like what's going on here. I like the guitar accompaniment and I think it was well arranged between verses and chorus parts. However, I have some constructive criticism for you. I think your voice matches this format pretty well. What I was hoping to have heard on some verses or possibly a part of the chorus is while the main vocal melody is going on in eighth notes and sixteenth notes you should dub over a second vocal line going alongside it in whole notes possibly at a higher sound pitch. While the beginning intro is going I thought you could have had an instrument or something (possibly a bass guitar?) slowly crescendoing and crescendoing until the lead guitar and drums really first kick in. you want that one moment to be magical when all of the instruments join in for the first time. I also thought you don't always have to have the bass line melody going in sixteenth notes it sounds like. try and vary up the rhythms in the bass melody. always remember like back to basic counterpoint that each and every song, regardless the genre, needs to have a musical skeleton. Just thought i'd give you some fun stuff to think about. ,...,...,...,...,...,...,...,...,...,..., Black Chopin
